Made to order — backed by a 10-year structural warranty
Every Royal Nilambur piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing preferences.
We stand firmly behind the quality of our work. All delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered under our 10-year structural warranty.
Damage sustained during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost.
Joinery failures, wood splitting, finish defects, or hardware issues that are our fault are covered by our 10-year structural warranty. We repair or replace.
Since every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns because the colour, size, or style is no longer preferred.
Damage from misuse, excessive moisture, direct sunlight, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions.
Transit damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be assessed or claimed.
Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging it arrived in, immediately upon delivery.

Our team will review your report within 24-48 hours and confirm the resolution — repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. We may arrange pickup of the damaged item if required.
