Our team produces detailed furniture layouts showing each piece in context. Scale drawings. Finish options. You sign off before anything is built.
Timber is selected at Kerala Forest Department auctions. 60–100-year-old Nilambur Wild Teak. Your furniture's provenance begins before the first joint is cut.
Each piece is drawn in full structural detail. Joint types, wood movement allowances, hardware specifications. Plans go to the workshop before a single plank is cut.
Traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, handcut dovetails, drawbored pegs. Your furniture is built by craftsmen who have been doing this for thirty years.
Natural teak oil finishing, hand-applied in multiple coats. The grain shows through. The wood breathes. No lacquer skin, no plastic sheen.

This is categorically different from plantation teak. Old-growth Nilambur timber — 60–100+ years in the forest — builds the density, oil content, and interlocking grain structure that resists India's climate, resists warping, and resists time itself.
We source exclusively at Kerala Forest Department authorised auctions. Every commission carries a GI certification and documented chain of custody for the timber used.

Yes. Many clients begin with the living and dining rooms, then add bedrooms and studies as construction progresses. We maintain your finish specifications and design records so every phase matches the last.
Yes. We deliver and install anywhere in India. South India (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) has standard free delivery. For all other states, we deliver via our truck routes — reach us before ordering.
Our 10-year structural warranty covers any joinery failure, manufacturing defect, or structural issue. We repair or replace, no questions asked. This covers the furniture regardless of where it is installed in India.
Absolutely. We work well alongside architects and interior designers. We manufacture to approved drawings and work within your designer's specification — or we can assist if you're working directly without a designer.
